Meet The Team

Shaun is an engineer and product manager experienced in delivering products at the intersection of sustainability and consumer technology. Shaun is motivated by the impact technology has to provide opportunity and reduce unfairness and inequality in society.

Shaun has earned a First Class Honours degree in both his Masters degree in Energy Systems Engineering and his Bachelor of Engineering Science Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering at University College Dublin, Ireland.

Shaun is based in London, UK and is currently pursuing a PhD at the Dyson School of Design Engineering, Imperial College London. His research is in the realm of the circular economy, in particular, electricity market reform for grids with increasing penetration of variable renewable energy supply (solar and wind).

Shaun has previously been an employee at organisations such as IBM Research, Deloitte Ireland, Moixa (acquired by Lunar Energy), ElectroRoute (acquired by Mitsubishi Corp) and EnerNOC (acquired by Enel Group).
